MISSION STATEMENT

Patriot Wrestling Club’s mission is to PROMOTE, SUPPORT, and DEVELOP amateur wrestling, while CULTIVATING and ENCOURAGING the IDEAL of SPORTSMANSHIP through training, participation, competition, and fellowship.

TEAM MISSION STATEMENT

• We must understand the FAMILY / TEAM concept only progresses if everyone involved COMMITS to developing a TRUSTING and CARING environment devoted to reaching our full potential.
• We must make every decision with the TEAM and COMMUNITY in mind. An unwavering LOYALTY to TEAM, SCHOOL, and COMMUNITY must be achieved.
• We will know that “WE GET WHAT OUR WORK DESEREVES.”
• We will be committed to growing physically, mentally, and emotionally with an understanding that we are STUDENTS FIRST and ATHLETES SECOND.
• We will display class and humility both on and off the mat. We will strive to be LEADERS in the wrestling room, on the mat, in the classroom, and in the community.
• We will COMPETE with the best whenever given the opportunity because COMPETITIVE GREATNESS is woven into the very fiber of the program.
• We will KNOW, UNDERSTAND, and RESPECT the proud TRADITION that has been laid by those before us, and LOVE every part of the sport, the team, the program, and our home because WE ALL KNOW THAT IT IS BIGGER THAN US!
